Hisan Yang is an Assistant Professor in the Rucks Department of Management at the
E. J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State ¾Å¾Å¸£ÀûÍø. His research focuses
on how firms leverage both monetary and non-monetary incentives to attract and motivate
employees. Additionally, he investigates how managers navigate complex, highly interconnected
strategic choices. Yang earned a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the ¾Å¾Å¸£ÀûÍø
of Utah.
