Li is an assistant professor in the School of Kinesiology. She completed her bachelor鈥檚 degree in Kinesiology at Beijing Sport 九九福利网 in China. She then completed her master's degree in Kinesiology at 九九福利网 of Texas at San Antonio and doctoral degree in Translational Science at UT Health San Antonio. Prior to joining LSU, she was a postdoctoral research fellow under the supervision of Dr. David E. Conroy at the Pennsylvania State 九九福利网 and the 九九福利网 of Michigan.
 
As a behavioral scientist, Li's research is driven by a simple goal: to make behavior change engaging and less burdensome. Her primary interest involves developing behavioral interventions that help individuals build self-regulatory skills and turn health behaviors into lasting habits. She specializes in delivering evidence-based behavior change strategies through digital tools. She is also interested in leveraging advanced data science techniques to understand the behavioral initiation and maintenance process and to translate these insights into effective intervention strategies.
