High quality and high volume spay/neuter in shelter, clinical and MASH settings. Community cat management and welfare programs (TNR). Community outreach programs, including preventive medicine and microchip clinics. Animal cruelty and animal-related state and local laws/ordinances. Shelter population and infectious disease management. Natural disaster preparation and response. Teaching/educating veterinary students and technicians interested in shelter medicine and surgery.
