How To Become A User
Step 1
Complete the
PI and User(s) must sign form
Step 2
Review the Cleanroom Safety Training Material. Next, take the online
Step 3
Attend the Cleanroom Protocol Training via Zoom. Contact Shaloma Malveaux to schedule
Step 4
Review the materials then take the online You will be prompted to enter your Cleanroom Safety Test date on the form.
Once the test has been passed, users will be e-mailed instructions for submitting a digital picture for identification, a form for a dosimeter badge, and access card.
Step 5
Pick up your access card from Ji Wiley, office #112 in the main office building
